Sue Kenfield, M.A., the principal and founder of See It Thrive™, is a human dynamic specialist. She has been professionally involved in the area of human behavior for twenty-five years and brings over twenty years of successful corporate experience in sales, management, training, strategic planning, business development and coaching.  Sue specializes in shifting the dysfunctional human dynamics in organizations, teams, communities and individuals due to a lack of effective interpersonal intelligence.  Her clients benefit from her real world knowledge, experience, wisdom and unique insight.  Her understanding of human behavior combined with her knowledge and experience with interpersonal intelligence provides her clients with a solid foundation.  Sue masterfully applies her knowledge and experience in a compelling manner to elevate and maximize organizational and individual performance to achieve greater results.  She is committed to encouraging and developing human potential as she serves one of her most revered values, that of human ability.

Sue is a highly regarded trainer, speaker, workshop facilitator and executive coach enthusiastically engaged in working with organizations and people to achieve their highest success. Sue is certified in the use of the BarOn EQ-i® and EQ-360 Emotional Intelligence assessments and also works with FIRO-B, Myers Briggs, and Strengths Finders assessments.  She is also a certified instructor of the TRACOM Social Style and Versatility courses.  Sue has a Master’s Degree in Counseling and completed her coaching training at The Coaches Training Institute and College of Executive Coaching.
